Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated) and are shipped via Royal Mail for UK customers and Non-UK customers with tracking and drop-off with signature. Next day delivery available for UK customers only. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Transit time ranges from 24 hours to 10 working days, depending on what type of shipping is selected and the country of destination.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
We do not accept returns of peptides due to possible product degradation. We will accept limited returns if a product arrives damaged. Please contact customer service at [email protected] for instructions. If shipment has been lost by the carrier (i.e. Royal Mail, USPS, GLS…) and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the carrier (i.e. Royal Mail) and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” then our guarantee has been fulfilled and WE WILL NOT RESHIP FREE OF CHARGE.
If a product is missing from your order then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
We cannot reship or refund if seized by customs.
